Liberty Holding Co is a residential habilitation agency serving the Kittanning, Pennsylvania area.  Our comprehensive care and services enable individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their maximum level of independence in daily living, community integration, and employment.  Our team of experienced professionals and caregivers is dedicated to providing innovative, individualized programs for our residents, designed to support them in living their own best lives.
